The service contract offers priority service dispatch, access to free training, free updates to phone labels, free annual preventative maintenance checkups, and free software upgrades (certain restrictions apply to software upgrades). We will ensure your surge suppression is adequate to protect the equipment that keeps you communicating. Once we have confirmed you have adequate protection, our service contract covers the equipment in the event of a lightning strike or other equipment failure.
